We are committed to quality and to the associated processes, measurement and continuous improvement which are the foundations of our quality management.
Quality is a basic business principle for Public Access we carefully select product suppliers and assess both quality and delivery on a continuous basis.
Quality means providing our internal and external customers with innovative services and products that meet or exceed their expectations.
Quality improvement is the job of every Public Access employee. We also use external bodies such as Constructionline, CHAS, Exor and ISO TUV to externally audit our quality processes.
