Lift servicing after sales product care

With ownership comes responsibility, if you own or occupy public or commercial premises open to and used by the general public or employees you have a legal responsibility, under the Safety at Work Act (1974) for ensuring that your lift is correctly maintained and in safe working order at all times.
Its is your responsibility to ensure that the lift is thoroughly inspected as detailed in Regulation 9 of the lifting operations and lifting equipment regulations (1988) otherwise known as (LOLER). It requires that the lift undergoes thorough inspection by competent persons at regular intervals according to the lifts usage and site location.
Aftermarket Support
Public Access have specifically tailored a comprehensive range of aftermarket product support packages to suit both our range of passenger and platform lifts.
Our team of qualified factory trained and service engineers are able to service and support lifts supplied and installed by Public Access and other major brands of lifts on a nationwide basis and offer a 24 hr 365 days / year subject to the specific package.
Note:
Public Access always attempt to use original equipment when servicing or repairing either our supplied equipment or other manufacturers lifts, where at all possible.
All service schedules are planned in accordance with both the minimum requirements of the original equipment supplier and the usage and application the product is situated in.
Public Access Limited are committed to a continuous development program and reserve the right to adapt and change specifications of any Serviceplan to meet any new legislative or safety requirements.
