Hiro 160 180 curved lifts
The Hiro 160 & 180 stair lifts offer an ideal solution for overcoming any incline regardless of the number of curves and stops whether inside or out. This high quality stair lift is manufactured by Germany’s leading stair lift supplier and designed to be safe, easy to use and dependable with a standard load capacity of 135kg . (21 stones) and the facility to increase up to 150kg.
The Hiro 160 is positioned on the inside of the stair case and even capable of accommodating a spiral staircase whilst the Hiro 180 is positioned on the outside.
The Curved Stair Lift
Both lifts are powered by a 24V DC battery system which remains charged from a 230V single phase 13 Amp fused spur power supply (effectively requiring one of the “3 pin sockets” in the home to be changed).
Due to the unique patented friction drive system the chair runs on clean aluminium profiled tracking.
Control on the chair is via a joystick on the foldable arm whilst the call stations are in the form of remote control hand consoles.
